Earlier i made a post about How to get pornography banned from your life. In this post i share some more interesting ideas and information on why you should ban porn from your life. Beside this i think it should also be banned from society as a whole, because of the bad influence it has.

Banning porn should be easy and a high priority for any moral politician, but no one even talks about it.

Why? The insane amount of porn, as well as the extremely easy access to it, is absolutely destroying our young men (and woman). It needs to be banned entirely for the health and well-being of the nation. I do

not understand why no politician has taken up this fight. It cannot be that hard. I think they would have a lot of support, because many people know it is wrong.

Porn is a weapon of the enemy

Hundreds of Israeli soldiers with tanks flooded the city of Ramallah in 2002, Palestine. They had gained control of three TV stations in the city. Upon capture, the soldiers broadcast pornography on all these channels. Why did they do this?

They understood Palestinian weakness. They knew how to get to the heart, demoralize and cripple their soul. Through the eyes and ears. As Palestine is a Muslim state, porn is a horrible sin in their culture. But it was not just purely for religious reasons. There was also a psychological influence of exposing the population including children to such extreme material. As porn is widely unavailable in most Muslim societies, this would be the first subjection to porn for many people. Causing stress, anxiety and sadness. Just about any negative state of mind you could think of.

The situation was intensified because they were not allowed to leave home. Mothers with their children at home with nothing to do, and no TV to watch. They needed access to information, but half of the city had no electricity. Those that were able to watch could only switch between the horrifying material. The broadcasts stole the modesty and decency of Palestinians. It corrupted them on both a spiritual and psychological level. Poisoning the minds and hearts of their children. It was a clever, but dirty strategy.

Let this serve you as a reminder of the true nature of pornography. It is a weapon to make you weak, controllable and obedient: All it does is take from you.
